06Easy self-install
Four steps, about 30 minutes, no installer and no electrician. Everything you need is in the box.

Your full-size paper template has every hole marked. Tape it where the sign goes and level it once.
TipCenter it over the desk and measure down from the ceiling, not up from the floor.
Drill straight through the paper at each mark, then tap in the drywall anchors from the box.
TipTile or brick? Ask for masonry anchors, free.
Twist the standoffs into the anchors. They are pre-set to the right depth, so every letter floats evenly.
TipPeel the template off once all the standoffs are in.
Press the sign onto the standoffs and plug the driver into an outlet. A halo sign switches on right away.
TipHide the cord with a paintable cover, or run it through the wall to an outlet behind the sign.

Every customer gets photos like these of their own finished sign to approve before it leaves the factory.

08Questions
No. Halo signs plug into a standard outlet. Run the cord down the wall with a paintable cord cover, or through the wall to an outlet behind the sign.
Ask for changes as many times as you need. You only pay when you approve it, so if you decide not to go ahead you owe nothing.
Only after you approve your mockup. Your designer emails the mockup with an Approve & pay link (card, ACH or purchase order). The free mockup itself needs no card.
Anything you have. A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is ideal, but a PNG or even a photo works. Our designers redraw it for cutting at no charge.
You pick the width and the height follows your logo's proportions, so a wide wordmark is shorter than a square emblem at the same width. Wordmark prices follow the width; round, square and tall logos are priced by their full height, and the designer always shows the exact price.
Yes, any width up to 96″. Pick the closest size and give the exact dimensions on your mockup request.
Yes. Email yourself a PDF quote for approval, then pay by card, ACH or PO when you approve your mockup. W-9 available on request.
